Triple Play

Triple Play is a comprehensive health and wellness initiative that strives to improve the overall health of members, ages 6-18, by increasing their daily physical activity; teaching them good nutrition and helping them develop healthy relationships.  By participating in a comprehensive social recreation program, Club youth are able to develop and sustain positive relationships with others, acquire a healthy self-concept and a strong belief in their self-worth.

Capoeira uses a combination of acrobatics, self-defense, music and rhythm to teach a traditional Afro-Brazilian martial art. Under the instruction of a qualified instructor, the youth practice skills such as 1) acrobatic techniques, and how to use them rhythmically 2) basic Portuguese language skills.

United States Tennis Association provides a comprehensive introduction to tennis for youth. Trained staff and instructors will aid youth in enhancing body coordination, fine motor skills, and aerobic fitness while developing skills such as discipline, strategic planning, and stress control.


Gamesroom Areas are designed to provide social activities for youth.  Utilizing a variety of board and table games, the Gamesroom Area provides youth with the opportunity to interact socially while learning to play and compete in a variety of games.

Ping Pong is a fun and physical activity that can be played no matter the season or amount of space. It’s easy to play and benefits the development of different muscle groups. Participating in this program can enhance improves hand-eye coordination and it stimulates mental alertness, concentration and tactical strategy. This makes it the perfect game for our youth to their sharpen reflexes.
